As for big troubles:
A. Solve the troubles in 2 days; the service representative will come to the site to make repairs.
B. If the troubles has not been solved in 2 days, the Supervisor of customer service dept. from the Headquarters will come to make repairs.

Special measures in the industry:
A. Solve troubles caused by quality defect through negotiation when the warranty period is just finished.
B. as for emergent repairs, to deliver the parts first and go through the formalities later is accepted. (We will guarantee the parts supply even if the production line is stopped)
C. To solve the troubles first and deal with the divergences later.
